The Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office (PCDSPO) has initiated the formulation of an official and comprehensive guide to set the conventions within the Office of the President and beyond with respect to all written documents and text for public consumption. The guide will cover conventions of grammar and style, that is spelling, punctuation, capitalization, as well as the arrangement and display of writing for printing and online publication.
The Office is mandated to provide strategic communication leadership support to the Executive Branch, by decree of Section 6 of Executive Order No. 4, the PCDSPO as an agency under the Office of the President is likewise tasked with ensuring the consistency in the implementation of the corporate identity of the Executive Department.
